Any credit card fraud or attempted fraud or theft by credit card ot by any means or devise, or fraud or theft in any way, OR any credit charge back "after 30 days" for any reason is subject to a re-processing FEE of 100% of the product cost, plus 36 percent interest per year, until paid in full.

Any bank that permits any customer to receive and keep merchandise and simultaneously cancel a credit card charge without returning the merchandise, is guilty of conspiracy to defraud and theft of property as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes. Criminal complaints will be filed with the Arizona Attorney Generals Office for prosecution for interstate fraud and theft; after which Civil fraud and theft suite will be filed to recover the sale price, fees and interest as stipulated and any such punitive damages awarded by the court.

This is our active fraud and theft policy effective on January 1, 2000 and applies to any credit card fraud or attempted fraud or theft, by any means or device. This applies to fraud or theft of any type, including but not limited to charge back fraud.

Standard return policy on firearms and Parts.
Any defective product will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase subject to the return of the defective product.

Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at no charge within 30 days of purchase. Other charges may apply to damaged or used merchandise. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. All close out sales are final from the date of purchase. "No" returns after 30 days except as approved by management in writing. All returns must be approved, in writing, before returning.
